NBA and NFL players are being denied American free enterprise before they can gain employment in the professional league. Recently, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the illegal and un- American coalition between NCAA, NFL, and NBA teams can continue, but the athletes can go hustle for their own money using their mother’s given names, and their god given image and likeness: NIL.
however, Hockey and baseball that are dominated by white Americans can turn professional from high school. NBA and NFL athletes that are dominated by black Americans must go to college 1-3 years before they are allowed to turn professional. In the meantime, the NCAA is making millions off them.
Baseball players, and hockey players have free American enterprise out of high school.
Is the uneven playing field between basketball, football, Hockey, baseball players, monetary, or race, or both?
Is the coalition between the NCAA and professional teams “un- American”? Is it “un- American” to tell a 20-, or 21-year-old basketball, or football player that they can’t have an agent, despite the NCAA, their coaches and other gifted entertainers are all represented by agents?
